Leave Smoking By Drinking Milk



If you want to leave smoking than drink milk. Scientist has acknowledged through a research that by drinking milk, the taste of cigarette is changed and people dislike smoking. Through this research it was put forward that if the person changes his food habit than he can leave smoking. This was published in 2007 Journal of Science in "Nicotine and Tobacco Research". According to this journal a research was made on 209 people. These people were asked about such things which puts positive or negative effect on there food habits. 90% people said that dairy products spoils the taste of cigarette. 14% people said that few drinks puts negative effect on the taste of cigarette.
