Festive Blues

What is this?
According to psychologist this situation arises because of excess consumption of alcohol, emitting routine of exercise, household work or shopping. People suffering from it, does not feel to go for work after completing the holiday. In simple language it is termed as festive blues.
Why does it happen?
Many people suffer from it after a long festive season. Specially after the festival week it effects more. The reason behind this is that the person misses the holidays, rest, decorating home, shopping and moments spend with children. People are frustrated because now they will have to follow normal working routine and will have to goodbye the holidays.
What should be done?
*Have control on your hobbies from the beginning only. For example untimely food and alcohol.
*Take full sleep. This situation also arises because of sleeping disorder which effects the digestive system and daily activities.
*If you are habitual to daily exercise than continue this routine. Irregular routine puts negative effect on your body.
*One of the reason behind this depression is spending more money than necessary during festivals. It spoils the budget which takes a long time to manage properly. Thus spend the money tactfully.
