Healthy Heart

Healthy diet, control on alcohol, regular physical activity, proper weight and avoidance of smoking can safeguard the women from heart attack. In 1997, a study was made on 24,444 women. In this questions were asked to them on food habits, family history, education, health status and use of medicines. After this check up was made on them in 2007. Among these many women were found suffering from heart disease, diabieties and cancer. It was observed in this research that few women followed healthy and alcohol free lifestyle and few unsystematic. Among those who followed healthy lifestyle were 77% protected from heart disease, diabetes and cancer.
