If you are pregnant than there will be many changes in your body. This is natural, you will become a little fat, there will be increase in the size of your breast. If you see carefully than there will be white marks or stretch marks on your breast.
Many women get tensed because of all these things and avoid eating many things during pregnancy. But during this time, what is dangerous for mother and baby should never be done. Thus it is proper to eat and drink that food which will keep the mother and child in mothers womb healthy. It is also necessary during pregnancy to do everything according to doctors advise. Doctors will tell you how your weight should not be increased unnaturally or if it has than what should be your food habits.Besides this remember one thing. During this time along with your weight, you have your babies weight also. It is natural that your weight will increase, if there is a baby of 3-4 kg in your womb.
Besides this there is a placenta fluid also. During this time your breast also becomes large and hard. Thus more blood, liquid element and fats will make your body heavy. This does not mean that you will gain fats immediately, there will be a gradual change in your body also.
Thus during pregnancy, let it happen what is happening because this is natural. After pregnancy you will find that everything as changed like earlier. If this does not happen than think about some special type of exercises, but remember one thing that if there is unnatural increase in your weight than take your doctors advise.
There is a difference between eating more and eating properly (balanced diet). In such a situation it is proper to eat properly rather than eating more that is eat according to the demand of body for iron, vitamin, mineral food and drink lots of water so that weight increases in a proper manner. It is not proper to increase the weight by eating junk food.
It has been told that both the breast turns large during this period. It happens because the mobility of glandular tissues increases. During this time blood circulation in the stomach also increases. Nerves also swells. Because of this you will feel little pain also. The color of nipple and the skin around it also changes to black color. After pregnancy also this happens for long time. Afterwards this becomes normal.
Many women think that breast feeding spoils the shape of the breast. This concept cannot be said wrong completely because if proper care is not done than the shape of breast is spoiled. It is necessary to care during the primary period of pregnancy.
It is not correct to stay without the bra during this time. It spoils the firmness of breast and breast becomes loose.
After 16 weeks of pregnancy change the size of bra. Purchase such bra which fits your body. It is better to stay without bra rather than wearing wrong fitting bra, because it will not fulfill your goal. If possible wear such kind of bra which has many loops, so than with increasing size of breast you can increase the size of bra also.
During pregnancy, if the breast gets enlarged unnaturally, than there is fear of stretch marks later on. Besides this there are stretch marks on hips, thighs and stomach. In the beginning all the marks at these places are of pinkish red color. After pregnancy they are of white color. The fact is this that because of fitness the elastic fibers of skin pulls very much. Because of which the tissues below the skin breaks and there appears stretch marks on skin.
The most important thing is this, that till now the medical science has not been able to discover the treatment of these stretch marks. From all these things it is very clear that stretch marks and fats during pregnancy are very normal things. Consumption of Vitamin B, C and Zinc increases the flexibility of skin and will reduce the stretch marks.By considering these things you will not face problems to maintain your figure during pregnancy.
