Why Is Water Necessary

Water is very necessary for our life. But do you know that water metabolizes carbohydrates, fats and protein cells which provides us energy. According to one research water not only satisfies our thirst but also makes our mind active. If you drink at least 10-12 glasses of water a day than you can protect yourself from unnecessary tension and exertion. Besides this water helps to excrete the toxins out from the body. Drink 2-3 glasses of water daily empty stomach in the morning, it will remove the constipation. If you are not able to drink water in proper quantity than you can take such liquid products which have more quantity of water like fruit juice, milk, yoghurt, soups of vegetables etc.
