Sleep disorder


If you are suffering from sleep disorder, than follow these natural methods:
Exercises: If you are not able to sleep properly than do exercises.
Natural medicines: Natural treatment is the best method for sleep disorder, in which treatment is done by treated water and treated oil. Take 8-10 tulsi leaves , keep it in glass or copper container, filled with water . Before sleeping chew the tulsi leaves and drink the water left in the morning. Do it everyday. By doing this you will have good sleep.
Steam Bath: It is good for good sleep because it relaxes the muscles.
Essential oil: Put 5-6 drops of lavender oil in bathing water or of sweet basil essence. It will keep you fresh whole day and you will have good sleep at night.
