Infertility
is the inability to create or sustain a pregnancy after one year of attempts. It has been known from the research made recently, that proper lifestyle removes the problem of infertility.
Women who start smoking before 18 years of age are at greater risk of infertility. Chemicals and toxins present in tobacco may alter the cervical fluid, making it toxic to sperm causing pregnancy to be difficult to achieve.
In a study a report said that, "a woman who intake alcohol as little as 20 drinks a month can have adverse effect on developing fetus".
In a study, this factor was acknowledged, that the women who do exercise regularly and eat food rich in vitamins, they rarely face the problem related to ovulation. Among the cases of infertility, there were 18% to 30% cases related to ovulation.
According to the BMI report, "The chances of fertility is increased among those women who eat less cholesterol food and food rich in iron and green vegetables". Being overweight or obese (fat levels that are 10-15% above normal) can contribute to infertility.
Higher intake of vegetable protein; and high fiber improved fertility outcomes in women with ovulation disorder infertility, according to the results of cohort study reported in November issue of Obstetrics and Gynocology.
