There are many physical changes in women in comparison to man. After childhood a girl faces menstrual period. In the beginning this experience is painful but gradually she becomes habitual to it. Generally menopause is considered as simple and natural activity but because of the deficiency of proper information menopause and pre menopause can be difficult also.

Situation before menopause is termed as pre menopause phase. This phase can be from few months to two years. During this time women has to go through many physical and mental changes. During this phase first of all there are irregular periods, sometimes the periods do not come for two months and they come immediately after the two months. Sometimes the bleeding is very less and sometimes more and there is pain. In the same manner the dates of period are also irregular. In such a situation a woman is always tensed because she never knows when can her period start. This problem creates mental tension and irritation in her. When the women goes through menopause and pre menopause than the support of family is necessary for her. During the menopause and pre menopause the hormones in the body of women becomes imbalanced.
